1- Why is it in my own interest to reserve my skiing equipment in advance?

By reserving your skiing equipment or snowboard at least 7 days in advance, you will benefit from a price reduction which could go up to 20%.

2- I did not make a reservation: is it possible to rent my equipment directly in the store?

Yes. We have sufficient skis and snowboards on stock in order to satisfy all our clients.

Just come to our store and bring with you ID and credit card.

Payment will take place when you return the material.

Category: Collecting your material

3- What do I need to bring with me in order to collect my skis or snowboard?

When you have made your reservation via Internet, you automatically receive a confirmation by email.

You will need to print this email and bring it with you to our store as well as a credit card.

The confirmation can also be printed directly from your client account.

Please be informed that, should you fail to bring the voucher with you, an administration fee of EUR 5 per reservation will be charged.

We will reserve the right to request for an ID for junior equipment, in order to verify the age.

4- I have reserved by material via internet. Will this be ready upon my arrival?

For your own comfort and security, we will only rent out equipment which is adapted to your size, weight and level (ski or snowboard).

Hence, in the store, we will check together if your shoes are comfortable and the right size. We will adapt the bindings on your skis or snowboard accordingly.

5- I have made an internet reservation: do I need to queue in line in the store when I arrive?

We serve our clients on a first come first served basis, either with our without an internet reservation.

 

Category: Cancellation, Exchange and Modification of reservation

6- Is it possible to cancel or to modify my reservation?

Maximum 2 days before the initial rental period, you can cancel the entire reservation or part of the reservation. You will be fully reimbursed and the relative guarantee will be paid pack.

Less than two days before the initial rental period:

  • if you have subscribed to the guarantee when making your reservation online: you can still modify your reservation, but you will no longer benefit from the discount granted via internet. Should you cancel your reservation, you will be fully reimbursed.
  • if you did not subscribe to the guarantee when making your reservation online: you will not be able to cancel nor to modify your reservation.

 

7- Is it possible to modify the equipment which I have reserved?

Without additional payment it is possible to change equipment within the same category.

A change to a different category is only possible if you have subscribed to the additional guarantee while making your reservation online.

However, you will no longer benefit from the discount granted via internet.

8- Can I return the material before the end of the rental period?

This is only possible if you have subscribed to the additional guarantee while making your reservation online.

However, you will no longer benefit from the discount granted via internet.

9- For 6-14 year olds, can I switch from skis to snowboard or the other way around?

When you have taken the ‘Junior Multiglisse Set’, you will have the possibility to switch between skis and snowboard once per day.

10- Why is it useful to subscribe to the additional guarantee while making my reservation?

In case the material is lost, stolen or damaged, the guarantee will partially or totally refund the equipment.

The guarantee will also allow you to change your skis or snowboard or to change your reservation without any additional charges.

It will also allow you to return your skis or snowboard before the end of your rental period
